Cancellation Policy

No Refund Cancellation Policy At Tranquil Blends Wine, we strive to provide an exceptional experience at all of our events, including wine-making classes. Due to the nature of these events, we have implemented the following No Refund Cancellation Policy: No Refunds: Once payment has been made and your reservation is confirmed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind. Please ensure your availability before booking. Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend the scheduled class, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event with the name and contact information of the person taking your place. No transfer requests will be accepted after this time. Event Rescheduling: In the rare event that Tranquil Blends Wine needs to reschedule or cancel an event, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or apply the credit to a future class. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be able to participate, and no refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
