Cancellation Policy

At Tranquil Blends, we are committed to providing an enjoyable and memorable wine tasting experience. Please review our policies below to ensure the best experience during your visit. 1. Tasting Experience Tasting Fee: The cost for a wine tasting session is $30 per person. This includes tasting 7 of our signature wines and the Blend of the Month. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to participate in wine tastings. A valid ID is required upon entry. Group Size: For groups of 6 or more, please call ahead to reserve your spot to ensure we can accommodate your party. 2. Reservations Walk-ins: Walk-ins are welcome; however, reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends and holidays. Private Tastings: Private tastings or events are available by request. Contact us for pricing and availability. 3. Behavior and Conduct We aim to create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Unruly behavior, excessive intoxication, or disruptions are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals violating these terms. 4. Wine Purchases After your tasting session, all wines sampled will be available for purchase. Sign up for our monthly wine club to enjoy exclusive discounts, new releases, and special events. 5. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations: If you need to cancel a reservation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds: Tasting fees are non-refundable once the session begins. If rescheduling is necessary, we will accommodate based on availability. 6. Food and Outside Beverages Guests are kindly requested to enjoy Tranquil Blends' wines exclusively during their tasting. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, unless previously arranged for a private event. 7. Responsible Consumption We encourage responsible consumption. Please plan for a designated driver or arrange a ride-sharing service if needed.
